The phone answered. The booking written down. Nobody stopped working.

On 21 August, the diary at our first garage took 24 bookings. 14 of them landed without anyone in the building touching a keyboard.Checkable at the counter, any visit

It answers in your garage's name, any hour. There is no opening-hours switch: a call at 11pm is answered and booked the same as a call at 9am, and the booking is in the diary when you open up.

It looks the car up while the caller speaks. Registration into the DVSA record: make, model, MOT history and expiry, so the booking arrives with the vehicle already identified.

It books all four job types: MOTs into real slots, services and diagnostics into the day's capacity, and MOT-plus-service together with one drop-off.

The customer is texted before they have put the phone down, with a link to move or cancel the booking themselves, so nobody rings you to reschedule.

And when someone genuinely needs a person, it transfers to the workshop, or takes the details and logs a callback at the top of your list. Nothing is lost while you are under a car.

UI STILL LANDS HERE: the diary grid with a fresh voice booking (feature-page asset pass)
